If you require any repairs or maintenance at your rental property please do not hesitate to contact us, the upkeep of all our managed properties is of the upmost importance. We will endeavour to organise a repair at your earliest convenience.

Rent Payments:

Due to the recent Covid-19 pandemic we are adapting the way we are accepting rent payments. We are actively encouraging all our tenants to set up a standing order mandate or bank transfer payment.

 

Giving Notice to Vacate:

If it is time for you to give notice and end your tenancy, it is essential for you to contact us. For us to accept your notice it must be given in writing via email or letter to our office address: 16 Percy Street, Rotherham, South Yorkshire S65 1ED.
